At the heart of my practice is the belief that every person holds within them the innate capacity to heal, transform, and reconnect with their true self. My role is to create a safe, compassionate, and nurturing space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered on their journey.
I approach healing holistically, recognising the deep connection between mind, body and spirit. Through counselling, hypnotherapy and breathwork, I support clients to release limiting patterns, process unresolved emotions and rediscover balance and clarity.
Rather than offering quick fixes, I guide individuals toward lasting transformation by cultivating awareness, self-compassion and resilience. I believe that healing is not about 'fixing' but about remembering one's wholeness and living with authenticity, purpose and peace.
This philosophy extends to everything I do: honoring each person's path, upholding integrity and respect, and continually deepening my own learning and growth so I can hold space with presence, humility and care.
My work in holistic counselling, hypnotherapy, and breathwork is deeply rooted in my own journey of healing and self-discovery. For many years, I walked the path of searching, learning, and healing old wounds. Along the way, I discovered the incredible power of the mind–body connection and the ability we all have to transform when we are supported in a safe and compassionate space.
These experiences inspired me to dedicate myself to helping others. I know what it feels like to face challenges, to feel stuck, or to long for a deeper sense of peace and connection. Through my own growth, I came to understand that healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about coming home to yourself.
Now, I combine counselling, hypnotherapy, and breathwork to guide others through their own unique process. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in respect for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I am here to walk alongside you as you release what no longer serves you, discover your inner strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and aligned.
